Give your stuff

If your organisation has surplus or obsolete stock, we welcome your new or gently used items useful for schools in developing countries. Please do not send items in poor condition.

Donating your items to schools in developing countries is a powerful way to invest in a brighter global future. This not only helps break the cycle of poverty but also fosters a more educated and skilled global workforce, which benefits everyone. Moreover, such acts of generosity promote a sense of global solidarity and shared responsibility.

We are collecting the following new or gently used items:

  • Stationery: pens, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, rulers, pencil cases, highlighters, calculators, chalk, staplers, folders, hole punches, etc.

  • Books: Fiction and non-fiction children's books suitable for primary and secondary school students

  • Art Supplies: packs of crayons, felt tips, and colouring pencils, glue sticks, etc.

  • Notebooks: exercise books, notebooks and writing pads

  • Maths Sets: complete sets for math classes

  • Bags: backpacks and drawstring bags

  • Sports equipment: footballs, tennis balls, skipping ropes, etc.

If you would like to send us your items, please contact us. We also welcome monetary donations. Your money will allow us to deliver the items to where it is needed the most, as well as allow us to purchase much needed educational supplies. This includes operational costs.

We proudly run Pepala as a not-for-profit organisation and it is 100% volunteer led in the UK.
